Merits or Gears related to your jobs: All of my jobs are mostly fully merited or very very close. My best DD job is BLM, then War. I have the TOAU mage ring and storm fife. I have experience in many different siutations on all my jobs. I would say my gear is quality minus HNM drops. I can gear up my jobs for /checks.
